Louise is a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow based at the European Centre for Environment and Human Health in Penryn, part of the University of Exeter in Cornwall.
Louise’s role currently involves researching the barriers to entrepreneurship in low-income households in Cornwall. It also encompasses work on the Evolve Futures In Residence Scheme, providing business support to enterprises with innovative ideas that they would like to develop further.
Louise’s interests include: psychology and neuroscience (e.g. anxiety, performance, neurofeedback); nature and the outdoors; community (as a volunteer and local councillor); and the environment (sustainability, biodiversity and the climate crisis).
