After completing a PhD in the European Centre for Environment and Human Health at the University of Exeter in 2020, Sarah returned to the Centre in early 2022.
Sarah specialises in digital health, having worked on projects including developing an educational and training resource on telerehabilitation (view the resource here), and researching the acceptability and impact of a mobile health intervention to increase physical activity and reduce sedentary behaviour in the police force (read more here). Additional roles/research interests include heart failure rehabilitation, health services research, suicide and mental health, and biological, psychological, social and environmental influences on health and wellbeing.
Sarah completed a BSc in Human Biology with Psychology in 2007 and an MRes in Applied Health Studies in 2013 at the University of Plymouth.
