Zoë Howard’s role was to manage all of the communications for the Smartline project which includesd communicating with participants and the wider community, businesses and stakeholders.
She managed the website, social media, press, photography and visual identity for the project.
Zoë’s degree is in journalism which is where her career started, followed by a stint in Government communications and the University of Warwick before relocating to Cornwall to be Head of Communications for the NHS in the county.
She left the NHS in 2015 to start her own marketing consultancy which she still runs alongside her job at the University. Zoë is an active volunteer with the Federation of Small Businesses and Cornwall Green Party.
